Help with the Veer staff app.

Getting access

Veer is for Pruthvi Group employees only and there is no public sign-up. Ask your manager or the HR team to invite your work email or company mobile number, then sign in with it.

Signing in

The code did not arrive

• Email codes come from otp@pruthvitoyota.com. Check your spam or junk folder.
• WhatsApp codes come to the mobile number in your HR record. If your number has changed, ask HR to update it.
• Wait a minute before asking for a new code.

"Session is no longer valid"

Your sign-in was ended, for example after a change to your role. Sign in again with a new code.

Notifications

• Allow notifications when Veer asks. If you said no: iPhone, Settings → Notifications → Veer; Android, Settings → Apps → Veer → Notifications.
• Urgent alerts, such as someone waiting at the gate for your approval, are sent with high priority.

Camera, location and microphone

Veer asks for these only when a task needs them: the camera when you take a photo, location when you check in, the microphone when you speak a task command. If a feature says permission is missing, turn it on in your phone's settings for Veer.
