Veer is for our employees only. There is no public sign-up: a manager or the HR team invites your work email or company mobile number. This policy covers what happens to your information when you use Veer, on a phone or in a web browser.

How long we keep it

When you leave

When HR marks you as leaving, your sign-in is switched off on every device and your notification tokens are deleted. The work records you made stay with the company, because they belong to the business.

Delete your Veer account or data

To ask us to delete your Veer account or your personal information:

  1. Email ceo@pruthvitoyota.com with the subject "Veer deletion request".
  2. Say whether you want your whole account deleted or only some information (for example attendance selfies), and send it from the work email or mobile number on your Veer account, or include them, so we can confirm it is you.
  3. We confirm and reply within 30 days.

What is deleted: your sign-in (switched off on every device), your notification tokens, your attendance selfies, face-match enrolment photos and app usage history.

What is kept: work records you made for the company (such as approvals, gate entries and customer records) and your HR and payroll records, for as long as the law and the company's business and tax obligations require. These belong to the business.
